Are your terpenes botanically-derived or cannabis derived?
We have both! We carry botanical and hemp-derived terpenes.
Do your products contain THC or CBD?
They do not! Our products do not contain any THC or CBD.
Do you have a retail location?
We do not! We only sell our products via out website.
How do I store terpenes?
If you are using the terpenes within 6 months, you can keep them inside a dark cabinet. We recommend storing at room temperature of 22C (68-71F) for optimal stability. We recommend storing in a fridge if you’re not using within 6 months, and please keep in mind once you remove them from the fridge, if there is any crystallization it needs to be dissolved by letting sit in room temperature and mixed.
Do terpenes have an expiration date?
Terpenes, like all organic compounds, will slowly lose potency over time. But they don’t expire or go bad like food does. If stored under ideal conditions (dark cabinet at room temperature, with the cap on), they can last for a very long time. We recommend smelling and testing them in a small batch to ensure the flavor potency meets your needs.
My package was marked as Delivered, but I have not received it, what's next?
If it’s not in your mailbox/parcel locker, the package was either erroneously placed in a neighbor’s mailbox/parcel locker or the package was lost/stolen. We’ve had instances where packages show up a few days later because it was delivered to a neighbor’s box.
If you believe your package was stolen, you’ll have to contact your local UPS or USPS office (United States Postal Service) since the package has already been marked delivered. You’ll have to file a claim them so they can initiate a package investigation.
My order arrived damaged/leaking/incorrect, what's next?

My package was returned to sender, what's next?
Please email us at Info@TheTerpeneStore.comand provide your order # and the new or corrected address that you would like us to reship your package to. We will have your order reshipped once it has been received back to our warehouse.

Do you have mixing ratios and instructions available?

Can I add Terpenes to my distillate?
YES! This is one of the most popular uses for terpenes. We recommend starting at 5% and working your way up. Our sweet spot is 7%, but its best to run small test batches to find a percentage that works best for you.
Do I need to use Liquify Pro in my formulation?
You only need Liquify Pro if you need to dilute the viscosity of your distillate. Liquify Pro does not add any flavor.
How much Enhancer do I need to add to my flavor?
Our Enhancers are very potent and you only need very little. We recommend starting at 1%. and working your way. You can always add more.
What is the flash point for my terpenes?
The flash point for our terpenes is between 160-180 degrees Fahrenheit. The terpenes will evaporate if they surpass this temperature range.
What is the Shelf Life of my terpene products?
Shelf Life is 24 months from date of purchase.

What is the difference between Strain Specific & Synfinite Flavors?
Strain Specific Terpenes are flavors based on the flower strain they’re named after. They smell and taste just like the strain. Synfinite Flavors are terpenes based on flavors you already love, like candies, fruits, drinks, and much more! Both lines are botanically derived.
What is the difference between Fire Terps and Ice Terps?
Fire Terps are flavors based on flower strains with incredibly rich terpene flavor.
Fire Terps Gen 2 is our newest flavor line formulated for flower infusion and vapes, terpenes with maximum flavor.
Ice Terps are Synfnite flavors with a cool menthol base.
All lines are botanically derived.
What is the difference between Cander and Exotics?
Cander is our hemp-derived terpene line, it is 100% Hemp terpenes. Our Exotics line is a blend of both hemp-derived terpenes and botanical terpenes, best of both worlds!
What is the difference between Vibe and Naturals?
Vibe is specially formulated with certain terpenes proven to cause certain effects, such as, Awake and Sleep. Vibe is botanically derived. Our Naturals line is formulated using 100% natural ingredients. Our Naturals line is California compliant.
What is Liquify Pro?
Our Liquify Pro is our proprietary Diluting Solution made of 100% terpenes and formulated for diluting concentrates. The purpose of using Liquify Pro is to control the viscosity (thickness) of your oil/distillate. Liquify Pro itself does not provide any flavor. We recommend using Liquify Pro in conjunction with our flavored terpenes. For example: 7% Flavor + 3% Liquify Pro = 10%
What is Liquify TEC?
All Natural Liquify TEC is The Terpene Store’s newest exclusive in-house flavorless/odorless blend for vape-ready extracts, like D9, Live Rosin, HHC, THC, and CBD. Common questions regarding our product safety standards and protocols
Are your products safe?
YES! We take great pride and care in producing our products in an ISO 7 Cleanroom following all lab safety procedures. All our ingredients are FDA approved for food and flavor use. However, our products have not been evaluated for safety for vaping. There is no current standard testing at the moment. If and when it does, we will fully comply with all procedures.
Do you offer 3rd Party COA's from a trusted lab?
YES! We test all our formulations with SCLabs, a leading lab based in Southern California.
Do you offer Certificates of Analysis?
Yes! You can find all of our Lab Test Results here.
My state requires compliance documentation, can you provide this for me?
YES! We can provide compliance documentation for the OLCC, Health Canada, and other regulatory agencies. Please email us at Info@TheTerpeneStore.comif you have any question.
Do your products contain any fillers or additives?
NO! We never use PG, VG, PEG, MCT, TEC, Vitamin E Acetate or any other fillers in our products. Our goal is purity and we strive tirelessly to achieve that.
Are your products FDA approved?
All materials we use are FDA approved products for food and flavors. However, our products have not been evaluated by the FDA for vaping as no such regulation exists. If and when it does, we will fully comply with all procedures.
What testing panels do your products undergo?
All our products Pass testing for Residual Solvents and Pesticides. Please beware of other terpene companies that don’t offer 3rd party COA’s and are not produced in a clean environment. Although we are not required to test our products, we choose to give our customers confidence that their end product will pass any state testing by ensuring their flavor component is tested and verified as safe.
Are your products legal in my state/country?
Our products are 100% legal to use & ship within the United Sates. For international customers, please check with your local laws & regulations as some countries can be strict when importing products that could be associated with illegal substances in that country.
